Shipping and Order Policy

Particular Favorites are shipped within 24 hours of being baked. We ship from Cincinnati via Fed Ex Ground and Air Services which deliver to most of the 48 contiguous states, and the District of Columbia between 1 and 3 days. We regret that we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or internationally.

Your order will be baked as soon as we can. Perhaps the day we receive your order or as much as 10 days thence. We bake and ship Monday through Thursday so the destination and shipping method chosen will determine how quickly the order is baked and shipped.

Because Particular Favorites are made with fresh ingredients without added preservatives, we recommend choosing a method of shipping that delivers in 3 days or less. Currently, you can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must make separate orders. You can order 1 tin or save on shipping and order 2 tins to one address.

We will do our best to have your package reach its destination in a timely fashion. However, we cannot guarantee this due to schedule or weather delays that may occur with our shipper. If your package arrives damaged, please hold on to the packaging materials as it may be needed by Fed Ex to receive credit. Please notify us as soon as possible of problems.
